Visual identity design for a growing company dedicated to solving complex challenges in People, Performance, and Culture.

Overview
Sprouta sought to refresh its brand and visual identity to strengthen its market position. They aimed to differentiate themselves in a competitive landscape and better communicate their unique value to clients. For this endeavour, they partnered with The Helper Studio.
The underlying concept behind the identity was "connecting the dots"—a thematic anchor to the business' value proposition. This allowed identity system to distinctly carry Sprouta's message of "The future at work" backed by its "Expert Ecosystem." The refreshed logo, intended to symbolise the 6 "problem spaces" Sprouta solves, enhances their professional image. Pairned with the refined typography and colour treatment, the refresh boosts their appeal to potential clients and reinforce their industry presence.
The result is a scalable identity that helps Sprouta manage its image effectively and with less confusion.
